KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 — Malaysia’s local Producer Price Index (PPI) increased by 0.3 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) in February, easing from the 0.8 per cent rise recorded in January, said the Statistics Department (DOSM).

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 28 — The Producer Price Index (PPI), which measures the price changes of goods at the producer level, rose by 1.3 per cent in July after increasing 1.6 per cent in June, said the Statistics Department.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 27 — Malaysia’s producer price index (PPI), which measures the prices of goods at the factory gate, continued its downtrend in November 2023 with a larger year-on-year (y-o-y) contraction of 1.5 per cent compared with 0.3 per cent in October.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 — Malaysia’s Producer Price Index (PPI) for local production for September 2022 increased by 4.9 per cent year on year, although this eased from the 6.8 per cent recorded in the previous month, said the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 27 — The Producer Price Index (PPI) for local production declined at a slower rate of 2.1 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) in December 2020 compared with 3.0 per cent in November 2020.
